United Stor-All Management is now happy to be a part of the U-Store-It family. We are pleased to offer you new and improved levels of service with this partnership. PLEASE NOTE: Effective September 1st, our payment process has changed slightly. Clicking the "Submit Payment" button will take you to a new payment area where you will need to create a NEW login. As part of this new account creation, you will need to know the street address of the facility that you store with. If you are unsure of this information, please use the "Find a Location" menu above to find the contact information for the facility you store with. The new payment process requires a $1.95 convenience fee to pay your bill online. Please contact your storage facility directly if you experience any problems with this new payment process. Thank you. |

Payments can be processed by mail, in person at the storage facility or online (see online payment link above.) You may also arrange to have payments automatically charged to your credit card each month (this is recommended to avoid late fees.) If interested, ask your Property Manager to set you up on automatic payments.
How can I make a payment online? In order to make a payment online, you will need to know your account ID number; this is not the same thing as your unit number. The Property Manager must also have your current email address on file. (Your account ID number appears on all your payments receipts or you may call the property and ask a staff member to give this information to you.)
Once you have your account ID number and you have confirmed that the property manager has your current email address on file, visit the "pay online" link above to logon to the online payment portal. Once inside the online payment center, you must click on "activate your account" at the bottom left corner to create a new online account. Then, type your first and last name exactly as it appears on your receipt along with your account ID number, your email address and input a secure passowrd as instructed. You will then be able to login. (You may be asked to re-enter your email address and password.) If you have problems creating an account online or are having trouble making an online payment, please contact your Property Manager.
What forms of payment do you acceptWe accept all major credit/debit cards, checks and cash.
When are payments due?Payments are due on the 1st of the month.
What happens if my payment is late?In all states (except MD, OH, CA) customers will have until close of business on the 5th day of the month before a late fee is assessed. A $10 late fee is assessed on the 6th day of the month and unit access is denied. An additional $25 late fee is assessed on the 16th of the month if payment has still not been received. (In Ohio, the additional $25 late fee is assessed on the 32nd day late.) In every state foreclosure begins at 32 days past due. In Maryland, the late fee is 10% of the monthly rate and is assessed on the 17th of the month. In Ohio the late fee is $20 or 20% of the monthly rate (whichever is higher) and is assessed on the 6th day of the month. In California, the late fee varies depending on your monthly rental rate and it is assessed on the 11th day of the month.
I pre-paid and need to move out sooner than I thought. Will I get a refund?
If you pre-paid and need to move out before anticipated we will refund in full month increments if proper notice is given. We cannot pro-rate a refund for a partial month. For example, if you pre-paid through June and you end up moving out May 17th, we will not offer a refund for the remainder of May, but we will refund the entire month of June.Do I have to give notice to vacate my unit
Yes. We require a vacate notice in writing 10 days prior to the month that you will be moving out. This notice should include your name, your unit number and the date that you will be moving out. For example, if you plan to move out July 16th, we would require a move-out notice from you by June 21st. You can email, mail or drop off a letter to the property manager or complete a vacate card. Click on "forms" from the above list to download a vacate card. In the scenario above, we would allow a pro-rate through July 16th, meaning as long as you gave proper notice and paid by the 5th of the month we would not charge you for the remainder of July after you moved out.
