I would like to submit a positive review of the staff at the Manassas, VA location. I went in today to take some pictures in my storage unit of some items that I am planning on selling. When I arrived at my unit, I found my camera had lost its charge and would not power on. I walked to the office, and explained the situation and asked if they had a camera I could use. The manager was kind enough to lend me a digital camera she had in the office. When it turned out the batteries were dead in it, she put new batteries in it and allowed me to use it to take the pictures I required. Once I got back to the office, she tried to send the pictures to my email address, but there was an issue with sending the large files. She then offered to burn them to a CD for me, and did so. The whole time she was friendly and went well above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my visit was not in vain. This is a fine example of customer service which I hope is valued and recognized in your company. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
